            • Do you have a physical store that I can shop in?

            We operated a boutique in Cincinnati's Longworth Hall from July '14 - January '16.  In order to gear up for the future of Queen City Sportswear, we've decided to close this location and operate strictly as an online company.  We are always adding retail partners - you can find the current list here.

             

            • I ordered a shirt from you in the past and want to reorder but can't find it - is it still available?

            We discontinue designs for a number of reasons - some are intentionally limited editions, some just don't sell as well as we had hoped, and some ruffle feathers for being a bit too similar to licenses that we do not have the ability to sell.  With that said, it's possible that we may still have stock of items that you're looking for - contact us or click the "Need help?" messenger button to inquire.

              

            • What is your return and exchange policy?

            • How long will it take to receive my order?

            Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing + transit time for US Postal Service.  Most orders in the Cincinnati area arrive within 3-5 business days.


            • I selected Priority Mail when I ordered, why didn't my order arrive the next day?

            Per the above note, please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment.  We pride ourselves in a very quick turnaround and have had a number of customers receive their orders within 1-2 days, but sometimes variables outside of our control dictate shipping time (order volume, time of day, etc).  Please let us know if you are in need of your order by a specific time/date and we'll do our best to exceed your expectations!

             

            • Can I setup a wholesale account and stock these shirts in my store?

            We welcome wholesale inquiries.  Please contact us to discuss.

             

            • I love the quality of your work - can I order custom apparel from you?

            • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
            Sorry, we currently only accept orders placed within the US & APO addresses.
